My guess would be:

"Your cursor will be locked up for the next three minutes--have a break"

Other useful icons in this series could be:

Coffee cup with an arrow inside it:
"Your cursor will be locked up for the next ten minutes--have a coffee"

Vitruvian Man with an arrow inside him:
"Your cursor will be locked up for the next ten seconds--lean back and
have a really big stretch"
