I don't think there is one dictionary that
everyone points to and says, "Now *that's*
a dictionary - let's all use that!" One
thing to consider when choosing a dictionary
for yourself is the dictionary that is used
in the spell-checker of your word processing
program. Otherwise, you get some awkward
collisions, especially in hyphenation choices.
