Yeah, and that "multi-media knowledge" (or "multimedia knowledge")...

And how does one "assure ... complete use" -- heck, what is "complete
use"?

Can we just _use_ knowledge, instead of utilizing it?

Finally, can we at least _mention_ writing? In this brave new world of
greater rates, responsibilities, and respect, isn't there any room at
all for writing?

Oh, well, enough grumbling -- TGIF!! :-)
