Well, with MS poor *customer* documentation is
more the rule than a possible result. But having
seen some of MS' internal documentation of the
codes for some of their products, I feel fairly
safe in conjecturing that whatever is "missing"
in this case exists somewhere in the halls of
Redmond whether the company wants to admit
it or not.
