Short of training attack dogs to eat bad writers, I
think the main things we could do would be to find
good documentation and praise it and make companies
aware that they could've had something of that
quality. There's an odd chumminess to the industry
that sometimes prevents this from happening, but it's
to all of our benefit to put our best foot forward.
