Every graphic (or master form) is given a unique numerical identifier with a letter prefix to identify it as a "supporting document":
Example: D 1490 Rev 2
They are recorded and controlled in the document control database just like P rocess Overviews and WI ork nstructions.
They are named with a descriptive title _and_ the unique identifier:
Example: Figure 7. Alternate Evacuation Route from the Second Floor, D 1490 Rev 2
