Why this is a big mistake: you're rewarding the person who came in late,
and *you're doing it in front of everyone else*--that is, punishing the
people who came on time. Rubbing their noses in the fast that their time
is less important and their punctuality was not required.
Is that the message you want them to take away ahead of the next meeting
you schedule?
