I'm only intimately familiar with one, and it's the one I am enrolled in now. It's at UMass Amherst - http://www.umass.edu/pwtc/ -
Most of the students are English majors - but there are some journalism majors and some science majors as well. I've been very pleased with all I've learned and with the level of academic and professional networking support - as well as personal support. I highly recommend it. The reputation of PWTC grads, at least on the east coast, can't be beat. And, the graduates in the field are very supportive of the new graduates entering the field. The faculty makes a great effort to keep us all connected.
