Hi,

Since n is a variable, and since the treatment of variables is covered
by our style guide, I'd treat it as we treat all our variables: italics.

Would you add an attribute if it was 5th instead of nth? I
wouldn't...it's the same thing, just where they aren't using the specfic
number.
