Oh - Word's spelling check can be hilarious. I worked with a guy from India,
whose name was Sunil Gupta. Word always wanted to change his name to Senile
Guppy. We made him a name tag with that on it at one conference... luckily,
he has a good sense of humor!

After a long meeting, I wrote up our decisions to send to team members and
other interested people, one of whom is named Vicky. The spell check did not
recognize "Vicky" and suggested an alternative. I had just corrected a
couple of other spelling errors, so before I read the whole message, my
finger clicked "replace." Word replaced "Vicky" with "Icky." I immediately
realized the error, so I searched for "Icky" and changed it back and then
sent out the document. Unfortunately, Word had changed all instances of
"Vicky" to "Icky."

My next error was even worse. When working for a military contractor, I
wrote a manual for the configuration management system. In the manual, I
instructed users to use the "hard dick drive."
