Depends on your reason for wanting a different word...

Do you dislike the whole notion?
In that case, a substitute like "preferred" (or any of its relatives) would
be no better.

Would "applicable" work?

"Appropriate"??

"Click the least offensive XYZ from the list."

"In the list below, click the XYZ that best <applies to /approximates> your
<situation / setup / configuration / build / milieu .....>"

"Click something, and get ON with it, would you?"

"Feeling lucky?"
