To give users info that you know is accurate and what they need (as
opposed to the best that you can), depending on the audience, could
require the skills of of a PMO/MCSE/CompSciPhD-trained writer with a
minor in composition and rhetoric. For you to give users information
that is accurate and what they need, it is getting more and more
technical, requiring more and more technical training.
