This book builds on decades of studying successful professionals. It explains the differences between talents, strengths, and skills. It includes an online test to help you understand the concept as well as detailed infromation on how to manage those with each type of strength.
Essentially, people learn skills to enhance their talents which the become strengths. But strengths and talents rarely change throughout any lifetime. Once you identify and focus on your strengths, you apply training, experience, education, and new skills to achieve success. If you lack the talent or strength, it doesn't mattter how much money you spend on education, success will continue to evade you.
