As Lauren said, it's not part of the name ("Atlantic Ocean" is the
proper name of that ocean).

Your proposal to capitalize references to a specific button would mean
capitalizing all nouns preceded by a definite article:

"I wish I had a book to read."
"Hand me that Book on the End Table."

Write like that, and people will think you're German. Or an engineer.
