To list where all the imported graphics are stored:
Special > List Of > References > Imported Graphics

You can do this for a single chapter or a whole book.

To archive all files associated with a book, including chapter files,
generated files, imported graphics and text insets, use Bruce Foster's
Archive plugin ($US 25):
