For true silver or gold, your client with either need to have a foil
stamped onto the clocks or use a metallic spot ink. Metallic spots are
EXTREMELY expensive, but so is foil. If you have an in-house printer
that can handle spot colors, that is your cheapest alternative, but it
is still going to cost you.

Ask your local printing shop. They should be able to give you more guidance.
