Thanks Richard. I tried a Google search and followed a number of links
before I posted here, and found a number of dead ends and false leads;
it was frustrating. Lucky for me, a kind listmate has offered to help.

This should be a one-time need, but I'll keep your reply just in case!

If no one on the list can help, you might consider these alternatives:
