Hi Khizran,

You asked about localizing FrameMaker files. In my not-so-humble
opinion, any decent translation agency will be able to handle the Frame

files (Trados does mif), so the only things you will have to do is be a
little
bit careful where you put your anchors (index entries and cross
references
should be at the beginning or end of sentences to avoid them getting
messed up and to make it easier to work with a translation memory) and

think in advance how you intend to deal with conditional text, if any.


The Frame file you get back in the target language should not require
more than minimal retouching, but your mileage may vary.
