True. Works the other way, too: writers often
blame the authoring tool for the restrictions
of our SGML DTD. But switching to an XML tag-
based environment from a WYSIWYG environment is
going to require a learning curve and a shift
in how you author a document even if you're just
talking about the method and not a particular tool.
