Accusation by insinuation is probably not recommended
in any case. I can't imagine how it leads to
constructive dialogue. It reminds me of "1984." No
matter how legitimate, or not, the cause is, it can
become a type of abuse.

General etiquette is, I think, if you suspect a
violation to write to a moderator or contact the
person directly. Several people have helped me with
various typos and inaccuracies over the past few weeks
on this list, and I'm grateful.
