Framework (was Re: The good old days)

Your description intrigued me, so I went looking for more information on 
Frameworks.

It's not only still available, it's still being developed. They're up to 
Framework VIII or IX (not sure about this, as you can buy VIII but 
subscribers can get IX), and it runs under Windows.
