Help Authoring Tools for Mac OS?

Hi All

I am pretty well up on tools used for generating Windows and Web help, but
the world of Macs is a whole new frontier for me!

Is anyone producing help for Mac OS X? If so, I'd be really interested to
know how you approach it - are there specific tools available?
