I really enjoyed reading this screed. I consider it
wholly accurate. There are signs things are changing,
at least in the industry leaders. I guess people
thought that for many years they could dumb the
process down, put it on powerpoint slides, and hire
any idiot to run it. The anyidiots however seem to
miss vital details and run companies into the ground.
So "brains are comin' back," or so I hope.
