Two things you could consider:
1. The "given before new" principle (widely accepted,
but see http://tinyurl.com/25dhy2 for a contrasting
position): if the preceding text mentions "meeting",
then start this sentence with "meeting", and then move
to "topics".
2. "Keeping like with like": the material to follow
the sentence is a list of topics. So put "meetings"
first in the sentence and "topics" closer to the list
that follows.
