They lost me in the first sentence: "...Qualities for which we are looking."
Good grief, even the Chicago Manual of Style doesn't recommend stilted
writing like that, and ending a sentence with a preposition was >never<
wrong, LOL.

Obviously not the job for me <grin>

Will it ever be 5pm today?
