I can't see myself actually pressing charges or bringing a lawsuit
over it, but it was technically an assault, and we are *technical*
writers, aren't we? The lawyer letter would be my choice. They might just reply with some kind of offer to head off a
possible suit, and if nothing else it might make someone squirm
for a while.

why clog up an already overloaded legal system.
