"Margin"? Are you referring to just the space above and below the table?
You can use paragraph spacing in a caption above the table if your table has
a caption, you can use empty paragraph marks (format them or add a style to
control their height) before and after, or you can use text wrapping in
table properties and set the positioning for text around the table.
