Protocol:

Step 1: Gather requirements.
Step 2: Analyze and refine requirements.
Step 3: Develop application based on requirements.
Step 4: Test application.
Step 5: Validate application.

QA Plan:

Business analyst will gather requirements for new XYZ application from
the XYZ user group.
Business analyst will refine requirements.
XYZ application team will develop the code using Java.
Application will be tested by Test Team using automated methods.
Business analyst will create requirements matrix, assuring that all
requirements have been met in test.
XYZ will go live no later than (date).
