True, true. But OTOH, I went on to get laid off from the job that gave me
time to write, and the job I finally dug up for myself isn't going to be
nearly so amicable. I'd have preferred to be an unemployed tech writer than
an unemployed truck driver. I'm finished with driving, but driving isn't
finished with me yet.
