Re: Move to FOSS (was: Word to OpenOffice - what to do with styles?)
Oh, while I'm at it, what about Outlook. Is there a FOSS equivalent that is as robust? I am very pleased with Outlook.
On Linux, there's Evolution (http://www.gnome.org/projects/evolution/)
which is not an exact replacement, but close to Outlook 2003, AFAIK.
Later versions of Outlook have probably added more features, and I
don't know how well Evo is keeping up.
If you don't need the calendaring, you could also try Thunderbird
(http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/all.html and available for
Windows and Mac as well as Linux).
Regards,
Ed.
