Hi everyone. I am really frustrated with lists not lining up properly in
WebHelp. I am using RoboHelp HTML X5.0.2 to create the WebHelp. The
WebHelp will run on Linux, and it looks like Firefox will be the most
commonly used browser.

When I view the WebHelp in Firefox, the levels do not line up correctly
in multilevel lists (bulleted and numbered). For example, step 1 shifts
over to line up with step 1a, bullet 1 lines up with bullet 2. Based on
my searches on techwr-l and elsewhere, I see that this is a known issue
with Firefox, but I found only one suggestion for fixing it (see "Bullet
Alignment" on
http://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/browsers/browsers.htm). In short,
this fix says to modify the left margin setting in RoboHelp's version of
my stylesheet (which is mystylesheet_ns.css). I've dabbled with this,
and it doesn't change the alignment at all. Changing the left margin in
my stylesheet doesn't change the appearance either.

Can someone please help me out? I'm getting rather desperate as I have
an impending deadline. I'm not HTML savvy, but I'm willing to dig right
into the source code (with a bit of guidance) if that's what's required.
Also, changing to another tool (other than RoboHelp) is not an option.

Thank you so much!
Amanda
