Subject:Reporting on Report Report Report From:Nancy Allison <maker -at- verizon -dot- net> To:techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com Date:Thu, 08 Feb 2007 09:21:38 -0600 (CST)
Thought you might like to know how my situation worked out.
While the reports themselves included the word "Report" in the title, the titles you see in the very prominent drop-down list box do not. You have to use that list box to select the report you want to generate.
The list box itself is labeled "Reports," just as the title of each of my chapters is. So, I think I have found the perfect precedent for my own practice, which is to drop the repetitive "Reports." Even the most literal-minded reader will already have seen the same practice onscreen and **should** be able to make the connection.
Also, the doc has now been through a close review and no one has protested. I think I'm set.
