Hello Gordon,
In the February 2 Techwr-l digest, you asked about technical review
software. You are correct that Adobe has a product for this, but it's quite
expensive (for my department, anyway). We currently use the "Send to
Review" feature of Acrobat, but it isn't collaborative.
I have a note to myself to check out www.pageseeder.com, which my note says
is a way to use Adobe Reader to collaboratively review PDFs. Maybe that's
the program you were thinking of (although I don't know whether it has ever
been mentioned on the AuthorIT mailing list, as I am not a member there).
