Caroline,
I maintain a release-specific Word doc that tracks all my changes. I use
a table with columns such as "File Name," "Project/Call Report,"
"Version," "Date," "Page Number," "Index," and "Comments." This is an
internal, for my use only, document.
Contact me off-list and I would be happy to provide a sample of what
works for me.
