I think a site where you submit the recruiters name and then a rating from 1-10 based on various criteria would be very useful. People could do it anonymously if they were worried about ramifications. It would be nice to have a site like that when you get a call from a recruiter. I have dealt with some great ones and some real snakeoil salesmen recruiters. I would love to have the benefit of someone elses experience. It would not necessarily keep me from using someone, but might make it easier to see those red flags that sometimes get hidden under the glare of a "great job offer"!
