My first search term was:

eight Cs

The first link returned by this wasn't much use when you selected it,
but the summary information provided by Google showed:

competent, comprehensive, critical, cre...

I assumed "cre" was creative, and I added these key words to my
search string. The entire string was:

eight Cs competent comprehensive critical creative

With this search string, the second link returned by Google was the
"for purchase" article I provided in the previous post.
