The problem seems to have been with those who used Acrobat or Acrobat
Professional to embed attachments to a PDF document created by either
application. Acrobat Reader was (apparently) not affected.

Recently, Adobe released a critical security patch for Acrobat Professional
7 (version 7.0.9) that addresses the issue.
