Well, the first thing I'd have done was ask this person what those eight
c's are. But that's me.

I did a Google search, and "eight c's of effective training" comes up
with nothing:

I cut it down to "eight c's", and got a whole bunch of stuff, but
"effective training" doesn't directly
appear:
