Good Friday, everyone.
Now that I will be a full employee Monday and will no longer be shy
about making budget requests (I'm still wondering if I should order the
leather wingback chair with the built in shiatsu massager), what HTML
editor would you recommend? I've used Dreamweaver MX on my Mac at home
a little, but not enough to form any opinion.
My main use for it will be using it in conjunction with Doc-to-Help
Enterprise to make my help pages look better than using MS Word as my
source editor.
Dreamweaver is a great program for designing pages from scratch or tweaking
existing pages. Look into Studio 8 which includes Flash, Fireworks and
several other programs, if you want to take everything to a new level. I
don't know how well they would work with Doc-to-Help, but I do know that
Dreamweaver will clean up a lot of the MS Word garbage.
If that doesn't work...go for the chair.
