I've written docs & online help for projects that used Srum. IMHO, it isn't much different than any other agile development or rapid prototyping methodology. Your biggest concern may be deciding to how to shoe-horn your usability concerns (user-centered design) into this developer-centered process. The primary problem I had was that Scrum focusses on speed -- usabilty takes time. There was an excellent article on UX Matters last month (http://www.uxmatters.com/MT/archives/000153.php) that details the two methods.
