No. Install/uninstall usually refers to placing applications on a user
machine, though it can refer to installing stable server components as
well.

Deploy/undeploy covers more complex setup, configuration, etc. involving
server and system components, not just a target user machine. This
system involves a set of servers, framework software run on the client
machines, and applications that are mainly held on the server but
sometimes sent, in part, to the client machine. There's nothing stable
that gets installed.
