MS Word Macro

["Brasel, Russell" <russell -dot- brasel -at- hccredit -dot- com>]

I've got a MS word document with many tables (600+) that have a
background shading I'm sure someone will want me to change.  I haven't
created a macro from scratch in ages, and I can't seem to find one I can
use as a starting point-does anyone here know of a macro that will
change the background color in all the tables?
