Hi Tammy,

You need to ask either a lawyer who works for your company (if there is
one) or Pentaho Corporation itself.

TECHWR-Lers love to offer legal advice, and it's about as valid as
technical writing advice from a lawyer.

I know of a handful of companies who insist on having (TM) appear after
every instance of their trademark.

BTW, the symbol for a registered trademark is (R) -- not (TM). And yes,
it's important to use the right one.
