*Any* advice appreciated?

Mine is, adopt structured Frame only to solve a
problem -- either one you have now, or one you expect
in the future. If it's just change for change's sake,
you will suffer and lose money.

If, however, you have specific problems in mind, put
them in the context of the goals of your organization
as a whole to make sure you're looking at the right
ones and aren't missing something bigger. Then look
around for other small doc groups dealing with the
same problems or similar ones, and find out what
they're doing. Look at tool-agnostic changes in
methodology *first*.

Then, only after you have a rich picture of what's
going on in your world and how you want to change it,
start looking for tools that will help you make the
change. If you go straight for a tool change without
thinking about this other stuff first, the terrorists win.
