I will pass on a tip that I wish someone had passed on to me.

Beware of an agency that tells you to supply YOUR version of a
contract and they will sigh it.

This hapened to me once. I thought it was a GREAT idea...until I
realized that they were so ready sign it because had no intention of
honoring anything. Ended up having to get a lawyer to recover over
$8,500 in back wages (at a cost of over $2500) before leaving the
best client I'd ever had.

So...give me an agency who is interested in legalities over one who isn't.
