Actually, as I recall, I said that IF the test DIDN'T
resemble what you'd be doing on the job, it wouldn't
be a valid test. I was sceptical, but it appears from
what you say that there's some connection; the writing
task itself wasn't authentic, but the task conditions
certainly appear to be.
