Nevertheless, it is *the* test that was selected by the interviewer. If
you are dissuaded from further pursuing that company on the basis of the
test's invalidity, then so be it. Say so, thank the interviewer and move
on.

Otherwise, state your observations about the test, complete the test
duly noting your observations and walk away knowing that the interviewer
showed less savvy correlating tests to jobs skills than you in your
wisdom do.
