   and it might just as easily been set up to eliminate those who failed to ask
   for clarification  ... when I deliver writing/editing tests, I also look for
   how they respond to the test, whether they ask questions, and what kind of
   questions they ask....since a big part of what we do depends on asking good
   questions.  But I doubt if i would have called it a writing test... maybe a
   communications skills test or something along that line
   If that's all there was to it, I'd say it was a poor test ... if it had been
   part of a larger test, then maybe it wouldn't have been terrible
