and on the flip side in today's Wall Street Journal 'Letters to the Editor', Thursday, Dec 7 pg A19 under the heading The unbearable Obtuseness of Consumer Elecronics is the statement--- Another equally important, -----much ignored problem is the quality of ithe instructional manuals;
The letter writer does admit that the creation of the documents probably had a very low priority
so much for sizzle
