Neat tool -- thanks, Barry & Kevin! But I noticed it had two NYC
entries, Manhattan and Queens, and someone feeling checkbook pain in
Manhattan can relieve a lot of it by moving to Queens.

The calculator said I'd need about $115k in Queens, but over $170k in
Manhattan. The difference is mostly housing -- in Queens, it's 65% more
than in Denver, but in Manhattan, it's 260% more. Yikes!
